We arrange accommodations for students and interns based upon their requirements and preferences. We try to offer as many options as possible to fit your requirements. The accommodations in China are part of the valuable experience of living among the local people.
The accommodations are carefully selected to ensure students' safety and comfort.

Option 1: Home Stay:

In a home-stay, students live with a Chinese host family. The Home-Stay option is one of the best ways for students to practice the Chinese language and to experience the Chinese culture and daily life. It is also a popular way to build friendships with ordinary Chinese people and families. As a family member, you will eat, watch TV, shop and experience daily life with the host family. |
Each host family is interviewed by our staff. A security check is
completed before a selection is made. After the stay, the Global Exchange Center collects feedback about the host family from the students. Ratings and feedback are important for each host family in order to improve the quality of their home stay service.

The minimum booking for home stay is one week.
It includes:
- Private bedroom
- Shared bathroom
(in most cases, shower-room)
- Breakfast and
dinner

Option 2: Student Residence

A second option is to have students live in privately run international student residences near the Global Exchange Center. The residences are located in convenient, comfortable and safe environments.
- Each room has a private shower and toilet, color TV, desk, chair, single bed, closet and small refrigerator.
- There is internet access in the building and it is possible to arrange high speed internet access in your own room for an additional fee of $20 per month.

Option 3: Private Apartment (single room )

Global Exchange Center has a few apartments near the school. The benefits of apartment living include:
- Students live like ordinary Chinese people in a Chinese community.
- Lower monthly rates.
- Private bedroom with a shared bathroom and living room.
- TV, air-conditioning and basic home furniture.
- Freedom to live by your self.
- Internet access in the apartment
- Cleaning service.
